How do I disconnect from my Health Service Connection?
You can disconnect from a connected health service at any time to stop the Hallowell Brain Health app collecting your health data. Please follow these steps:Disconnect Steps
FitbitIf Hallowell Brain Health is connected to your Fitbit app and a Fitbit compatible smart watch, please follow these steps:
1) Open your Fitbit app and go to your profile at the top right. Tap 'Your Data in Fitbit'.
2) Find 'Connected apps' and tap 'Manage connected apps'.
3) On the next screen if there is a 'Hallowell Brain Health' entry, tap 'Disconnect'.
Garmin Connect
If Hallowell Brain Health is connected to your Garmin Connect app and a Garmin smart watch, please follow these steps:
1) Open your Garmin Connect app and go 'More' at the bottom right. Scroll down and tap 'Settings'.
2) Tap 'Connected apps'.
3) On the next screen if there is a 'Hallowell Brain Health' entry, select it to see more information.
4) Tap 'Disconnect'.
Apple Health
If Hallowell Brain Health is connected to your Apple Health app and an Apple Watch, please follow these steps:
1) Open your Apple Health app and go to your profile at the top right. Tap 'Apps' under 'Privacy'.
2) On the next screen should be a 'Hallowell Brain Health' entry if permissions have been set. Select the arrow to see more information.
3) Permissions will be shown in a list with toggles. Tap 'Turn Of All' to disable all the visible permissions.
